The names of Adam’s descendants through the line of Seth, as found in Genesis 5: 1-32, and continuing through the line of Shem (the son of Noah) as found in Genesis 11:10-26… appear to reveal Moshiach!Adam- means MAN (Gen. 5:1)
Seth- means APPOINTED (GEN. 5:3)
Enosh- from HEB. ‘ANASH’, TO BE ‘INCURABLE’ [I.E., FRAIL, MORTAL],,, MORTALITY (Gen. 5:6)
Kenan- some say it means ‘sorrow’; others ‘POSSESSION’ [OF] [I.E., as if to say, HAVING TAKEN ON CORRUPTION] (Gen. 5:9)
Mahalalel- FROM ‘MAHALAL’ MEANING ‘BLESSED’ OR ‘PRAISED’; AND ‘EL’ THE NAME OF GOD. THEREFORE, MEANING ‘THE BLESSED AND PRAISED GOD’ (Gen. 5:12)
Jared- FROM THE HEBREW VERB ‘YARAD’ MEANING ‘SHALL COME DOWN’. (Gen.5:15)
Enoch- meaning ‘VOWED’; ‘DEDICATED’, INITIATE, INITIATING … as if to say, THE ANOINTED (Gen. 5:18)
Methuselah- FROM ROOT ‘MUTH’ MEANING ‘DEATH’ [see title of Psalm 9 (on the Death of Labben)]; AND FROM ‘SHALACH’ MEANING ‘TO BRING…. I.E., ’HIS DEATH SHALL BRING’ (Gen. 5:21)
